Private Pilates and Mobility Stretch in Howard County, MD

Strong at home, free to roam.
Private sessions in your home or online.

A private session is built around your body: how you move today, what feels stiff or stuck, and what you want to be ready for next. I have taught movement for over 40 years, and I break every exercise down so you know what to feel and why it matters. You leave confident and with a plan focused on your goals and that fits your life between sessions.

Choose your focus

Life Freedom Strength · Private Pilates Core strength, posture and control, built at your pace. We can stay on the mat, add light weights, or spend time on one area such as your back, hips or pelvic floor.

Life Freedom Stretch · Private Mobility Stretch Gentle, thorough mobility work for your hips, shoulders and spine, with stretches you can keep doing at home.

(You can also combine the two in one session.)

In your home or online

In person: I come to you anywhere in Howard County, including Columbia, Ellicott City, Clarksville, Elkridge, Fulton and Highland. You need enough floor space for your mat and some wall space. (I bring the props we need.)
