Four Decades of Professional Expertise Since 1986, I have taught thousands of students—from complete beginners to professional dancers and athletes, from corporate executives to 8-month pregnant clients. What a Typical Day Might Look Like

Wellness programming is woven seamlessly into your travel or private retreat itinerary, leaving ample time for activities, excursions, meals, and rest.

Standard Schedule (adaptable to your travel flow)

7:00-8:15am - Pre-Breakfast Morning Movement Session (60-75 minutes) Wake up the body with energizing practices: Pilates, mobility stretch, flowing yoga, or meditation + gentle movement. Adaptable to all levels.

8:30am-4:30pm - Your Retreat Programming meals, excursions, cultural experiences, pool time, spa treatments, adventure activities—whatever your retreat includes.

4:30-5:45pm OR 5:00-6:15pm - Evening Session (60-75 minutes) Wind down with restorative practices: deep stretch, gentle yoga, guided meditation, or gentle restorative movement. Perfect preparation for dinner and evening relaxation.

Optional: Private individual sessions can be scheduled during mid-day free time for those seeking additional personalized attention.

Cultural add ons include folklore dance and regional music experiences

For Corporate Retreats: The 2-3 hour "Habits That Stick" workshop is typically scheduled mid-week, replacing one evening session or offered as an add-on afternoon program.

I partner with your travel advisor to seamlessly integrate wellness programming into any retreat you're planning.

  • No—that's travel advisor expertise! I focus on what I do best (wellness instruction and program design) while you or your travel advisor handles destination logistics, accommodations, excursions, and cultural programming. We collaborate to ensure everything flows beautifully.

  • This is my specialty. I've spent 40 years teaching bodies of every ability—from complete beginners to professional dancers. Every session includes modifications and options so everyone feels challenged but never overwhelmed or left behind.

  • Absolutely. Pre/post pregnancy, injury recovery, chronic pain, high performance training, stress management, menopause support, confidence—I adapt programming to meet your group's specific needs. The Bespoke Wellness tier (Tier 3) offers the highest level of customization.

  • I work with injuries and limitations every single day in my regular classes. I'll modify movements, offer alternatives, and ensure everyone participates safely and effectively. Safety is always the priority and I happily coordinate with medical professionals who are also caring for my guests.

  • I teach in English, but I have cultural fluency and sensitivity working with international groups. I've worked extensively across Middle Eastern, North African, South Asian, and East African cultures and understand how to create inclusive, respectful spaces.

  • I carry professional liability insurance and have backup plans in place. In the unlikely event of illness or emergency, I maintain a network of trusted wellness professionals who can step in, or we'll work with you on rescheduling or refunds according to the terms in our agreement.

  • Yes! Seven days is standard, but I can create programming for weekend intensives (3-4 days) or extended experiences (10-14 days). Pricing scales accordingly.

  • For corporate retreats specifically, I can offer pre-retreat virtual sessions or post-retreat follow-up programming to extend the impact. However, my primary offering is in-person instruction—that's where transformation really happens.

  • Yes, I do! See my Join a Retreat page. My own registration system is set up to take travel advisor referrals seamlessly, and you get 15% commission.
    I also have an incentive program when a client you send me registers for one of my next retreats while attending the one you told them about, they get a discount AND you get that second 15% commission as well. It’s a win-win all around.

After 40 years in this field, here's what I know for certain: We are all more capable than we think.

We're capable of healing. Of growth. Of joy. Of transformation; even when experts tell us otherwise, even when we've tried before and struggled, even when life feels overwhelming.

Transformation doesn't require perfection. It requires showing up.

My own journey includes facing career-ending injury and discovering how to heal through adapted movement. Surviving single motherhood while trying to teach myself that self-care isn't selfish. Navigating health challenges that forced me to become my own advocate and detective.

But I've also learned it by watching and helping thousands of people over four decades discover their own strength. The complete beginner who thought they were "too old" or "too out of shape." The high-performer who finally learned that rest is productive, now movement patterns are proactive. Several students who had been scheduled for surgery who were able to cancel those appointments because I adapted programming for their needs. The person in chronic pain who found freedom through movement they never thought possible.

We already have everything we need. We just need the right tools, support, and someone who truly listens deeply who has those tools to share.
