Marhaba! Welcome to Morocco!
For this two-part journey, we will enjoy a spectrum of Morocco’s beauty that few get to see.
Our first week will be spent near Essaouira, known as Morocco’s Windy City. Formerly known as Mogador, Essaouira is a port city rich with multi-cultural history tied to the sea. We’ll be staying just south of Essaouira in Sidi Kaoki, a tiny beach-side village where wind-surfers summer and donkeys and other “domestic wild-life” roam the streets. Our small group will be residing in our own villa with a private pool, and hammam-spa, and will indulge in a Moroccan pastry class, a village visit, a camel ride with picnic, and more!
Our second week will be in a hushed oasis riad where we’ll enjoy Quiet in The Chaos within the walled city Medina of Marrakech, just a 10-minute walk from famed Jemaa el F’na Square. Our party will be able to step out the doors and experience all the museums, souks, palaces, gardens, delights, and chaos that Marrakech has to offer - and each evening return to our tranquil space, complete with an indoor swimming pool, hammam-spa, rooftop terraces, and more. We’ll have a historic tour of the city, and time to get acquainted with the souks. Our days will include visiting the famed Jardins Majorelle and Berber Museum, a cooking class (tagine, anyone?), a mountain-town visit and hike, and more.
Be entranced with the beauty of centuries-long traditions and learn about multiple cultures, while you also take great care of yourself. Our engaging guides will share history and culture with us providing meaning to all we see around us. Our nights will be filled with stars by the ocean, the sounds of an ancient Medina in Marrakech, and our days filled with exciting sites, tastes, and scents.
Your senses are indulged by the incredible traditions of Morocco: cuisine filled with warmth, spa scents like no other, stylish terraces, swimming pools, movement classes, guided meditations, stunning views, warm sun, cool breezes, and more in this beautiful wellness and culture retreat. Amidst walking and movement, we’ll be learning about the beautiful cultures, history, and arts and crafts, with opportunities to support artists and artisans. We’ll all head home exhilarated and fully enchanted by Morocco.

Marrakech provides us with designer accommodations in spacious rooms and suites, some with private terraces. Our Riad includes a pool, gardens, hammam-spa, rooftop terraces, restaurant, cafe, and more, right in the quiet Dar al Bacha neighborhood of the Medina.
