5-Minute Pilates Quickie

A little bit for your whole body. Enjoy this short movement progression easy enough for beginners.
This is a great option for newer students to fit exercise in between classes! The more often you come back to a new skill, the better you get at that skill.
Needs: A mat.
Modifications: You can opt to place a folded u shawl under your lumbar spine for stability. You can also reverse the “table top” moves to be a lift, instead of a lower.
