Class difficulty in order.
Level 1 and Intro to classes are appropriate for brand new to me, and brand new to Pilates people.

Wellness is not a race. Enjoy each level as long as you feel you are making the right choice for your needs.

10:15am - 11:15am - Pilates 1-2 Plus
5:15pm - 6:15pm - Mobility Stretch 1
6:30pm - 7:30pm - Pilates 2

Tuesday.

6:15 - 7:15pm pm - Pilates 1-2
7:30pm - 8:30pm - Pilates 1

Wednesday
Morning Meditation.

I lead a 20-minute Guided Mindfulness Meditation every Wednesday, 9:00am - 9:20am.
