Booking the Retreat

A registration form must be completed by each guest.

You may pay a deposit or pay in full. See Terms and Waiver.

For those who choose to pay a deposit, you’ll receive email invoices for balance payments. All early bird final payments due by October 31, 2025. All final payments due by January 1, 2026.

Retreat Inclusions

• Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport (RTB) transfers on January 17 and and January 23, 2026

• Selected accommodations

• All highlights listed on Retreat Page, including transportation

• Breakfast, lunch & dinner starting upon arrival at in Roatan, plus tea, coffee, snacks

• Daily movement classes and experiences

• Daily workshop on habit change and formation

• A pre-retreat get together and guide booklet to help with your packing, preparations, and retreat preparation

• 14, 30, 60 and 90 day check-ins after our retreat
